What does a Wellness Counseling session look like?
A wellness session with Heather begins as a thoughtful and engaging conversation, where she attentively listens to your unique needs and concerns. You are encouraged to take charge of your journey, making choices and shaping your action plan throughout the session, which is entirely centered around you. It’s perfectly fine if you're unsure about your objectives at the start; the session aims to delve into your health and wellness landscape to uncover the core issues you may be facing. Together, you will explore possible next steps. If personal training is part of your focus, Heather will conduct a movement assessment and review your health history. This collaborative approach allows her to design a tailored plan that aligns with your specific goals, ensuring you receive the support you need on your wellness journey.
